HomeWorld,Australia’s biggest and most established display home organisation, has officially opened its newest display village in Leppington.
Situated on the corner of Raby Road and Emerald Hills Boulevard in Leppington, the new village showcases the latest in design trends from some of the state’s best builders, providing a destination for locals and Sydneysiders alike to find their perfect home.
The official opening on Sunday was attended by The Hon. Chris Patterson MP and Camden Mayor, Cr. Peter Sidgreaves who cut the ribbon, alongside Sydney Thunder player Shane Watson, representatives from builders in the village and members of the public.
HomeWorld CEO Phil Jones said the new village is an exciting step forward for HomeWorld and is an opportunity to showcase the latest in new home building designs in Australia.
“We’re thrilled to open our new village at Leppington and offer people on all stages of their home building journey a place to be inspired and to discover their home building options”.

The village, which has been open to preview since April this year, showcases 60 brand new homes from more than 20 of the state’s leading builders. The village offers the latest in new home designs and floor plans including two homes with granny flats.
HomeWorld Leppington is open seven days a week from 10am to 5pm. Since its establishment in 1986, HomeWorld has grown to a cooperative of more than 50-member builders across NSW, with four villages in operation across NSW with two more villages in construction.
