From the childhood till today I am listening this very practical advice from the various saints ,Gurus and social Reformers.
The Moment we decide to simplify our life and make conscious attempt to do so, we find our Tolerance levels going up and everything around us becoming less complicated and more beautiful.
Beauty Needs No Ornament, because of The Natural Glow and Freshness of the Beautiful youth.
According to Tao Philosophy, “If You Want To Be Free, Learn to Live Simply.”
Use what You have and be contended where you are.
Instead of reading every new book that comes along. Re-Read the classics.
Eat Food/Fruits grown locally.
Wear Simple ,durable clothing
Keep small home, easy to clean and uncluttered,
Keep an open calendar with periods of uncommitted time,
Have a spiritual practice and Let family custom grow.
Mahatma Gandhi said, “Civilization,in the real sense of term, consists not in the multiplication but in the deliberate reduction of wants. This alone promotes real happiness and contentment,”..
Simple people don’t have to say good bye to the physical comforts of life,
They need not get complacent about their ambitions and future plans.
They don’t have to opt out of the rat race, allowing others to ride rough shod over them.
On the contrary, by being simple in body, mind and spirit, you are emerging as a stronger human being,
As One Who has a control not only over the environment but also on the mind.
Hence we should start immediately to simplify our life.
Simple life decreases the unnecessary expenditure
Simple Life makes us more positive and wise in solutions we seek and greater encouragement to implement them,
We really understand the meaning of We Are One.
We do not collapse in times of stress because of understanding the Universal brotherhood and appreciating the Cosmic Energy
And sublimation of our Mind Gives us the Transformation, which ,our Guru, Saints and Social Reformers are always awakening with divine light
of Choice less Awareness, Or Witness or Vipasana.,
Our Simple Living Becomes Our Beautiful ,Truthful living
Satayam Shivam Sunderam.Since seeing the frenetic pace of modern life styles and the kind of pressures it puts on the individual, it makes sense to embrace
